Robert Lieberman, Managing Director, is a real estate professional with over 30 years of industry experience. He has achieved significant results both strategically and technologically. His background both in retail and real estate has allowed him to engage with clients at all levels of the organization as well as the entire lifecycle of each business function. Prior to joining One11 Advisors, Bob was the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Brixmor Property Group (formerly, Centro Properties and New Plan Excel Realty Trust). During his 16+ year tenure there, he implemented a primary ERP system with several key point solutions in addition to business process improvements that gained notable efficiencies making Brixmor one of the most technologically leading real estate organizations amongst its peers. 

Bob has specialized in many aspects of real estate companies in addition to Information Technology. These include Finance/ Budgeting, Operations, Leasing, Property Management, Insurance / Risk Management, Acquisitions/Dispositions, Marketing, Construction, Facilities and Asset Management. 

Additionally, Bob has served on the Board of Directors for Quest International User Group and held leadership positions both in Leasing and Operations in the private sector. He is a certified public accountant (CPA), has been published by Aspatore Books 2012 and was a Laureate Award Recipient of the Computerworld Honors Program.
