Meredith is a senior financial executive with more than 25 years of experience in the real estate and construction industries. Over the last thirty years, Meredith has led the accounting and finance teams at small to large real estate development and management companies (Jonathan Rose Companies, Sterling Glen Communities (a Forest City Subsidiary), Joy Construction Company). She brings a unique combination of expertise in strategic planning, development, and operational management with an in-depth understanding of business drivers and priorities of company’s needs. She is a key advisor and executive partner to small start-up businesses and multimillion-dollar, nationally recognized firms. She creates value by developing efficient processes, restructuring teams, integrating technology, managing key projects, and enhancing communication to align operations and finance.

Meredith has served on the Board of Directors for the Mid Island Y Jewish Community Center. She is a certified Public Accountant (CPA). Meredith received her BA, Accounting from Bentley University and her Masters in Real Estate Finance from New York University
