David has over 30 years in the real estate industry. His work spans careers in technology and management consulting organizations with a focus on retail REIT back-office operations. Additionally, David has held a technology leadership role at a public REIT and served on a Board of Directors which enables him to combine his consulting and corporate backgrounds to bring a unique perspective to his clients. Specifically, he has helped real estate organizations improve their business processes, systems and practices through digital transformations, diagnostic evaluations, systems implementation and developing strategic initiatives that improve the efficiency of accounting, leasing, and property management operations. David graduated from Syracuse University School of Management.
